Acceptable Stay
helpful staff clean pool poor soundproofing sewage smell
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a variety of events during the week, including happy hours. The pool was huge and clean. Our room was super clean and included two complimentary bottles of water per person each day.
The doors and windows were not sealed well for sound proofing. I could hear the next door guests. There was a bad sewage smell in the room. I found it to be quite unpleasant.

amazing stay!
clean room amazing staff breakfast variety
i totally loved how clean the rooms were and the staff. were amazing. i really appreciated the indoor parking. it was really convenient. the breakfast also had so many choices. it was sufficient for me.
the noise level wasn't great. i could hear people stomping around upstairs. it sounded like furniture was constantly. being dragged. it definitely disrupted my sleep, a bit.

The location offered convenient access to nearby dining. The staff was responsive and helpful with any requests. My room was always clean, and I found the bed quite comfortable. The hotel also provided complimentary access to a local club event on Friday, a nice perk.
The gym facilities were quite old. Some equipment was not fully functional.

insane noise level minimal insulation
The location was convenient , close to restaurants , shops and the beach.
The noise from the nearby club was indeed as bad as the hotel warned . It was quite insane. The hotel provided earplugs , but even those barely helped. The sound insulation was minimal , so I could clearly hear my neighbors too.

large pool fresh food friendly staff
the pool was clean and quite large. i loved the daily breakfast buffet it had many choices and the food tasted fresh. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist me with any requests i had.
i had some difficulty connecting to the wifi during peak hours, a minor inconvenience.

My beautiful king room had a mini bar and a great shower. the cleaners tidied the room daily. They took out the rubbish and gave me water and clean towels.
